About Us

Hannah Gaskins, an Ocean Isle Beach native, has a huge heart for the OIB and surrounding areas due to spending her younger years working at the OIB Fishing Pier and embracing everything living by the beach has to offer.

At a young age, Hannah knew she wanted to enter the medical field. She began her career in 2011 as a nursing assistant, then advanced to a registered nurse, and went on to obtain her Masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Hannah has always had a deeper understanding of how someone looks on the outside can be a direct reflection of how they are feeling on the inside. Her passion for helping others reach their peak health, overall self-esteem and confidence is what led her to venture her career into medical aesthetics.

She is certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is certified and proficient in injectables such as botox and dermal fillers, Micro-needling, IV nutrition drips, and weightloss.

As an artist, Hannah realized that the medical field is much like a work of art. She enjoys putting the complex puzzle pieces together for patients to see the bigger picture and get them to a point where they feel good from the inside- out. Every patient is very different and their plan of care must be tailored accordingly. That is where her creativity shines and with the help of the services she offers, her ability to develop a game plan for each patient begins.

Hannah feels so lucky to have grown up in Ocean Isle Beach. Her nursing career has allowed her to travel to many different places for work and vacation, but coming home has always made her realize she never needed to go anywhere for vacation. Everything that fills her heart with joy is located right here in Brunswick County.

Her passion for beach life and the medical field led her back to her roots to fulfill her dreams in helping make others feel like the best version of themselves. Hannah is excited to welcome you to Saltwater Med Spa, right here in her cherished hometown of OIB!
